Each fortnight, delve a little deeper into designing who you want to be as a first time leader.

- The 3 essential elements of relationship building to create a cohesive team.
Session 2
- Your ideal set of team norms and how to get buy-in from the team.
- An understanding of team evolution and what changes in behaviours to look out for.
- The art of running effective meetings.
- Strategies to deal with missteps and mistakes when you don’t like conflict.
Session 3
- How to set up an effective and productive line-manager relationship.
- Laying the foundations for team effectiveness that prevent you from becoming a micro-manager.
- Time and task management – identifying and managing your priorities.
- Project targets for a successful 2025.
