A good interview is where you are able to clearly explain your educational philosophy and achievements confidently, but more importantly succinctly, without waffle, and with evidence of educational research and best practise.
Presenting well at interview requires planning and practise.
Janine is an educational leader who has worked with hundreds of applicants and been on way too many interview panels. Her current success rate for candidates being invited to the second interview is close to 80% and offered the role after that is close to 70%.
Educators come to Janine for interview preparation because she will give you great advice, help carve more sophisticated responses and provide you with honest feedback.
Most candidates require two 1 hour sessions. These can be scheduled together or a few days apart.
Prior to the initial session, you will need you to email the documents from your most recent application to Janine.
Initial 1 hour Session Cost: $310 (plus GST)
Subsequent 1 hour sessions: $260 (plus GST)
