Commonly Asked Questions
Will our conversation be confidential?
I am often asked to coach several people in one organisation and I stress with everyone I coach that their story, their challenges and what we work on together is our business and no-one else’s. I operate under a code of ethics where confidentiality is paramount. If we are to submit a coaching report to your organisation, the contents of that report are decided together.
How many sessions are recommended?
6 sessions across a semester would be a minimum, with the sessions spaced three weeks apart. Across a full year, between 10 and 12 is quite common and a good number to get real change in the way you lead.

Behavioural Profiling
Leaders need to know themselves first before they can lead well. Behavioural Profiling is a very efficient and research-based method of mapping your preferred behavioural style, the way you communicate with others and how you are perceived. As a management tool, it also helps to identify your strengths, your contributions to the workplace as well as your challenge areas, with suggestions and strategies to improve your performance.
The profiles Janine uses are double science or triple science tools comprising DISC, Driving Forces and Emotional Quotient, provided by DTS International. The profile questionnaire is completed on-line, and a detailed report, up to 50 pages is produced. Janine will walk you through your Profile Report, which can take up to 2 hours depending on the type of report.
