Janine will arrange for you to complete the online questionnaire to prepare your individual 40-page Double Science DISC Profile Report. It will reveal your strengths, challenges, how you are perceived by others, as well as your preferred behaviour and communication styles, and strategies for using your time more efficiently.
In a 1 hour confidential debrief coaching session with Janine Stratford, you will be taken through the DISC behavioural model so you can identify the behaviours and communication styles of others. You will also unpack your profile report to identify how you can use this knowledge to improve the way you work, lead, and interact with others.
