What is it?

It is the complete middle leaders and future leaders program, designed to set you up for success. It consists of 4 modules and covers designing your leadership style, conflict management, coach-training and building team capacity and its taught by a nationally-recognised leadership coach who specialises in developing proven teacher leadership programs.

Can you answer ‘yes’ to these four questions?

  1. Do you understand how you are perceived and what your impact is on others?
  2. Are you uncomfortable facing challenging conversations, and when you do, you don’t handle them well?
  3. As a leader, do you need to solve everyone’s problems, have all the answers, and then advise them about what they should do?
  4. Do you know what you want from yourself and your team, and is what you spend most time on meeting the priorities for your role?

These are the four most common ways leaders let themselves down. Not surprisingly, these challenges are the ones we are most frequently asked to address when designing programs for both new and experienced leaders.

Leaders we admire become our role models. Do you want to be a role model leader?

Role model leaders are clear, confident, consistent and considered.

Clear: They know how they behave and communicate, how they are perceived, and how they need to work with others to achieve the best working relationships and results.

Confident: They are resilient and assertive in challenging conversations and know what they are working towards.

Consistent: They appreciate others for their strengths and growth opportunities. They use a coaching style in every conversation, focusing on working together to find the solution.

Considered: They have identified what they want from, and for, themselves and those around them and understand the value of moving forward together.

How much does it cost?

The Elevating Leadership Program costs AU$2,194.50, while purchasing the 4 modules individually costs AU$2,486. Thus, you’ll save AU$291.50 if you purchase the Elevating Leadership Program instead of buying each module individually.

This program offers excellent value for future leaders who want to receive expert teaching from a nationally recognised leadership coach, professional behavioural analyst, and former deputy principal.

This program has developed my capacity as a confident leader. Through strategies such as how to have challenging conversations and how to coach employees I have ensured that I have attempted to make my staff more accountable even though it may cause some “push back”. Module 4 tied it all together regarding the importance of being emotionally intelligent and how to best work with the team so they actively participate in change at a school level. This program exceeded my expectations.

I always come away with new insight into my own development as an educational leader, a refreshed skill base and networking I feel I can continue communicating with as I further hone my skills.

The Elevating Leadership Program has helped me grow in confidence as a young leader by providing me with tools and strategies for developing action plans that I can use to become a more impactful leader. I looked forward to each module and found it highly effective completing these modules over the course of a school year as I could see myself apply the things I had learnt and enhance my skills and knowledge as an upcoming leader. Thanks Janine!
