Welcome to Coaching Focus.

My name is Janine Stratford. I am a Leadership Coach, Career Strategist and Coach-Trainer focused on coaching educators to not only be great teachers, but to be great leaders in our schools as well.

My passion is to assist people to achieve their goals and make their aspirations come to life, to lead collaborative, high functioning teams and importantly, to enjoy what they do every day.

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst. I have studied emotional intelligence with YALE University and am trained in conflict management using Restorative Practice.

I look forward to meeting you and working together to develop more great leaders.
