Janine will listen to the needs of your team and the direction you are wanting to take and she will design a program that will not only meet those needs, but ensure that relationships are strengthened and team functioning improved.
Being a former school leader and educator, Janine understands schools, the language, challenges and the current direction of education. She will work closely with you to ensure the program design meets your learning outcomes and fits within your professional learning budget and timelines.
Programs can be designed for small or large groups. Programs can also be designed to be delivered in person or virtually.

We measure to begin and we measure to end each program. What we measure we decide together, so the program targets the development you are wanting. 3. For those staff absent on the day of the program or who join the school after the program has ended, can access similar learning through our virtual programs, so everyone is learning together and there is a consistent approach across the school and team.Our programs are customised, measurable and sustainable. Each program is designed to include coaching conversations throughout to help you in developing a coaching approach in your leaders. |
The Learning is Immediately Actionable
Each program contains actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately.
Janine incorporates the approach and mindset of coaching into every program and encourages each participant to step outside their comfort zone to explore the way they think and work, their beliefs, attitudes and approach to leadership. We link research and theory to best practice and model how to apply this thinking.
Programs are interactive, well-paced and your staff will enjoy the discussions, activities and coaching conversations.
Participants will come away from each program equipped with strategies and tools for immediate implementation. You might even get a helpful template or two!
