The first step to leadership success is simple.

Get CLEAR about who you are, and the type of leader you want to be.

Using the DISC behavioural profiling model, you will uncover your behavioural and communication style. The DISC model provides valuable insights about the way you communicate, behave and work. Knowing yourself as a leader will help you to manage yourself better and understand what is important to others.

Throughout this one-day workshop you will discover so much about yourself as well as how you are perceived by others. With this new information you will be able to identify other people’s styles and adjust your approach to create better communication outcomes and to improve team dynamics. Most importantly you will walk away with real clarity about who you are and how you want to lead.
