- How to step out of the day-to-day busyness of your role and determine where your strategic focus needs to be.
- The vital skill of coaching will be used throughout the program to stretch your thinking and help you refine your plans.
- Develop your vision and determine how to bring it to life with your team.
- Evaluate your team’s culture, identify where work is needed.
- Explore the process of change and how to align the team to achieve the team vision.
- Identify where capacity-building is needed in both yourself and the team.
- Plan out how you will celebrate progress and demonstrate the learning and changes achieved.
