It is hard to believe the depth and variety of content in this conference! Apart from meeting like-minded people, I have covered branding and mapping my profile, resume, covering letter & interview, listened to leaders from around the country and interacted with, and interviewed, by Deputy Heads in a collegial and strongly supportive manner. I have been to many conferences, but this one has to be one of the best I have attended. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
Ione Norris, Head of House, Camberwell Grammar School, VIC and creator of LinkedIn group – Female leadership In Teaching #FLInT
Janine structures the conference to allow delegates to both explore and plan. She creates an environment where everyone is valued and is able to share both their experience and ideas for moving forward. There is recognition of the current state of play and how women can move through and direct their own careers. The practical skills quickly build momentum, allowing for immediate change and opportunity. Thank you, Janine, and delegates.
Karis Dalton, Senior House Coordinator (Years 10-12), John Paul College Frankston, VIC
This conference is a valuable opportunity to refocus your goals, reflect on strengths and areas for improvement, and learn from other experts and aspiring leaders. It’s so rare to be able to have these rich discussions, I’d highly recommend it.
